Types of Data Collected
Among the Personal Data collected by the website independently or through third parties, there are: name; email; various types of Data; Usage Data; Tracking Tools; Data communicated during the use of the service.

Legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User where one of the following conditions exists
the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same;
the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions, the Controller may be authorised to process Personal Data without the need for the User’s consent or another of the legal bases specified below, until the User objects (“opts-out”) to such processing. The Data is processed and kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is fulfilled. Transfer of Data outside the EU
